- 200g Brie cheese (triangular shape)
- 50g walnuts
- 2 fresh strawberries
- coarse sea salt (“Fleur de sel” or any other)
- Nº 25 Christmas Honey by Beesweet
Preheat the oven up to 140°C
Crush the walnuts into chunky pieces and place them onto an oven tray. Sprinkle the crushed nuts with some of the coarse sea salt and bake them for 4 minutes.
Take your Brie cheese and cut off the top layer. Put the cheese onto a tray and bake it in the oven for about 3 minutes at 160°C, until it starts melting.
Cut the fresh strawberries into thin slices.
Place the melted brie on a plate. Decorate the dish with the sliced strawberries and some of the roasted walnuts as you like. Finally, when you are ready for serving, drizzle generously Nº 25 Christmas Honey by Beesweet over it.
