- 3 oat cookies (any kind you like)
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- some sliced almonds
- some black sesame seeds
- Honey Beeblue by Beesweet – Blueberry
Preheat the oven to 100°C
Grind the cookies into small chunky pieces by using a food processor. If you don’t have this type of equipment in your kitchen, then put the cookies into a fresh kitchen towel, form a bundle and bang it onto the kitchen table until you have the right size for your cookie crumbles. Set the crumbles aside for later.
Pour the cottage cheese into a bowl and break it up by using a fork.
Pour the sliced almonds onto a baking tray and bake them at 100°C for about 15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Do the same with the black sesame seeds and bake them at 120°C for 30 minutes. That will bring out the wonderful nutty taste of the seeds.
If you have, use a baking ring and place it on a plate. Fill the ring with the cookie crumbs. Add some of the cottage cheese and sprinkle everything with some of the roasted almonds and black sesame seeds. Remove the ring carefully. Finally, drizzle your dish with Beeblue Honey by Beesweet – Blueberry Honey.
