1 tsp of butter
some fresh coriander leafs
Honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet
Cut a slice of the pineapple and put it aside.
Chop one coriander leaf very fine and also reserve it for later.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the slice of pineapple. Fry both sides of the pineapple until golden brown, then drizzle some of the Honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet on top of the pineapple and continue to fry it on low heat until the honey caramelizes.
Finally, sprinkle some of the chopped coriander over it, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid, so that the wonderful aromas can be absorbed.
Take a serving plate and place the caramelized slice of pineapple in the centre. Drizzle a little bit of the honey over the plate and the pineapple in an appealing way and decorate your dish with more of the fresh coriander leafs.
Ready to serve.
